Can I cancel my membership?
We want you to feel confident and supported on your journey. If you join the annual membership and realize within 14 days that this community isn’t right for you, simply email our team at support@bridgetboren.com and we’ll process a full refund—no questions asked. After that, your annual membership will remain active for the full year, and no further refunds will be issued.
For monthly subscriptions, you can cancel your subscription at any time. Your access will remain until the end of your billing period. After that you will no longer be charged.
Unfortunately, we cannot issue prorated refunds on any monthly subscriptions.
To cancel, you will need to sign in on the website, then click on My Account under the circle with your initials and open the Purchases tab. If you purchased the subscription through the Apple Store, you will need to cancel inside the store.
